Personal Data Privacy Notice
The purpose of this privacy notice is to inform you about the processing of the personal data collected, used, stored, and/or transferred by Productora de Papel, S.A. de C.V. (“Propasa”), in accordance with the terms and conditions described below:
Identity and Domicile of the Responsible Party
In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, abbreviated as LFPDPPP (“Law”), Productora de Papel, S.A. de C.V., located at Vía Ferrocarril a Matamoros Km. 7, Col. Sin Nombre, San Nicolás de los Garza, N.L. C.P. 66443, hereby informs you of this privacy notice. At all times, we will seek to ensure that the processing of data is legitimate, controlled, and informed, in order to guarantee its privacy.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
Productora de Papel, S.A. de C.V. informs you that the Primary Purposes for which your Personal Data—provided by any natural and/or legal person, including but not limited to, prospects, clients, suppliers, applicants and/or candidates for various vacant positions, employees, and/or users—is collected and processed by “Propasa”, will have the following uses, described in a declarative but not limiting manner:

To identify, locate, communicate, contact, and/or send, follow up on, and/or supply information and/or products or services contracted, quoted, and/or requested.

For personnel recruitment, selection, and administration.

For registration in our databases of prospects, clients, and/or suppliers.

For the fulfillment of obligations derived from commercial operations, monitoring, and evaluating service quality.

For the fulfillment of labor obligations to which you are a party, such as: hiring, sales, supply contracts, civil contracts, service contracts, financial operations and payments, or of any other nature or kind.
Likewise, we may process Personal Data for the following Secondary Purposes (which are not necessary to provide the service):

To send promotions, advertising, and satisfaction surveys through various means.
In the event you do not wish your personal data to be used for these secondary purposes, you must send a notification within the first 20 (twenty) days from the moment your data was collected to the email psanchez@greenpaper.com, indicating which secondary purposes you oppose regarding the use of your personal data. The refusal to use your personal data for these purposes cannot be a reason for us to deny the services and products you request from “Propasa”.
Personal Data to be Processed
For the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, we may collect your personal data in various ways: when you provide it to us directly; when you visit our website and fill out a contact form; and when we obtain information through other sources permitted by law.
Personal data is understood as: those identified by the “Law” as any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
Security, Use, or Disclosure of Personal Data
“Propasa” will implement the necessary security, technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your personal data and prevent its damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.
Only authorized personnel may participate in the processing of your personal data. Authorized personnel are prohibited from allowing access to unauthorized persons and from using your personal data for purposes other than those established in this privacy notice.
“Propasa” has the physical, digital, and electronic means to protect and limit the use or disclosure of your information. It does not obtain or store information of any kind through cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies while you access our website, except for the hardware and software data with which you access our websites, such as: IP address, browser type and device used, domain names, access times to the different sections of the website, as well as the addresses of referring websites. All of this is strictly for statistical purposes regarding the use of our websites. “Propasa” does not use individuals’ information for purposes other than those related to its commercial operations and/or those indicated in this notice.
Your Corresponding Rights
As the owner of personal data, you may exercise your ARCO Rights before the data protection department of “Propasa”. According to the “Law”, these are the rights of: access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding the processing of your personal data. Likewise, you may revoke, at any time, the consent you have granted that was necessary for the processing of your personal data, provided there is no active relationship or link with “Propasa”.
If you wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, you may do so at any time by directing your request to the data protection department using any of the following mechanisms:

Requests may be received from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except holidays. To do this, you must reliably and in detail let us know the specific personal data to which you wish to have access or wish to be rectified, canceled, or reviewed, as well as comply with the requirements set forth by the “Law” in Article 29, which are:

Name of the owner (data subject) and full address or any other means to communicate the response to your request.

Documents proving the identity of the owner or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the person acting on behalf of the owner.

Clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned (ARCO) rights.

Communications and Transfers of Personal Data
As part of its business operations and in order to provide a good service, “Propasa” may share some or all of your personal data with third parties, whether domestic or foreign. Said third parties may be subsidiary companies of “Propasa”; external professional advisors and/or other service providers acting as data processors in the name and on behalf of “Propasa”.
In the event that “Propasa” shares some or all of your personal data with third parties, “Propasa” will ensure, through the signing of agreements and/or the adoption of other binding documents, that said third parties maintain adequate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data, and that said third parties only use your personal data for the purposes for which they were hired and in accordance with this privacy notice.
“Propasa” will not assign or sell your personal data. In the event there is a need to transfer your personal data, “Propasa” must obtain your prior consent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Propasa” may transfer your personal data without prior consent in those cases where the “Law” dictates it.
Changes to the Privacy Notice
“Propasa” reserves the right to amend or modify this privacy notice as it deems convenient, for example, to comply with changes in data protection legislation or to comply with internal provisions of “Propasa”. “Propasa” will make the updated privacy notice available to you when changes are made to it, as well as when it is necessary to collect your consent. The updated version of the privacy notice will be available on the website www.greenpaper.com.
