Greenpaper Foundation
The Greenpaper Foundation was created with the mission of improving the quality of life of our collaborators and of those living in vulnerable communities. We foster their comprehensive development by promoting education and encouraging a culture of environmental care.
Vision: To be recognized nationally for positively transforming and impacting on our communities’ well-being and development, with a focus on quality of life and environment. Its efforts focus on improving three areas of peoples’ lives: quality of life, education and environmental stewardship.
Quality of Life:
We promote actions that strengthen people’s physical, emotional, and social well-being, providing them with access to tools, support, and opportunities that enable them to live in a dignified, safe, and fulfilling manner.
The “Employee Housing Improvement Program” is key to our Quality of Life efforts. Its main objective is to improve the housing conditions of our companies’ factory workers, restoring their right to a safe, adequate home that fosters their well-being.
Education:
We make learning opportunities more accessible through scholarships, support programs, and educational initiatives. We foster academic development through scholarships via programs like Dibujando un Mañana, aimed at our most vulnerable stakeholders, and Fundación UANL, aimed specifically at our employees’ children.
We also support the beginning of their school years by providing school supply packages, with the goal of aiding their education and easing the family’s financial burden. The selection of beneficiaries is carried out through an open call that includes a socioeconomic study and the fulfillment of specific requirements. For employees, additional criteria such as seniority, attendance, and performance are also considered.
Environmental Stewardship:
We promote actions and programs that encourage the conservation of our natural resources, responsible residue management, and the protection of our environment. We drive initiatives that strengthen environmental awareness within the community, contributing to sustainable development for present and future generations.
“GreenAir”
Reforestation Campaign
Every year, we promote the planting of trees, both in nearby communities and within our facilities, to improve air quality and make our green areas stronger. This campaign seeks to generate a positive and sustainable environmental impact in our surroundings.
To make initiatives like these possible, we collaborate with organizations such as Reforestación Extrema.
“Bomberos de Nuevo León”
Donations
To support the continuation of their heroic work, as well as their social impact within the community, we make an annual donation to “Bomberos de Nuevo León”. This support strengthens our relationship with the organization, and allows them to share their experience and knowledge with our collaborators through talks and training sessions.

Volunteer program
These programs are where employees committed to actions of social and environmental impact meet. Through their participation, we foster their participation in activities aligned with our three areas:
Quality of Life:
Through our Quality of Life efforts we contribute to our community’s general well-being, by taking social action and supporting activities such as:
- Visits to asylums, elderly homes and other organizations with social causes.
- Support brigades for people experiencing homelessness during winter time where we provide hot chocolate, blankets and bread.
- Purpose-led fundraising.
- Cleaning supply and paint donations for schools.
Education:
These efforts promote educational initiatives focused on environmental stewardship. We organize talks and workshops in schools to raise environmental awareness, empowering the next generation with the knowledge and habits needed for a more responsible and sustainable future.
Environmental care:
Through our Be Green internal program, we foster actions aimed at taking care of the environment from within our company.
Our facilities are equipped with recycling centers where collaborators can deposit:

The proceeds from the recycling are channeled into Green Social activities such as support brigades, volunteering initiatives, visits to vulnerable communities, and projects that strengthen social well-being. This way, the recycled residue does more than help the environment: it powers initiatives that positively impact our community
